Construction Director

Job description:

    • Reports to The Head of Construction
    • Responsible for the Construction Managers
    • Attend all project Handovers
    • Review the project financials weekly
  • Visit each site weekly to review the site conditions, standards, progress and health & safety
  • Report the financial position of each project to the HOC at the weekly Contracts Management Meeting
  • Assist the Construction Managers with their responsibilities
  • Attend weekly client, sub-contractor and landlord meetings as required
  • Ensure company guidelines are adhered to by the construction manager as per the company handbook
  • Allocate resource to all construction projects
  • Ensuring all projects obtain ‘COMPLETE DELIVERY’ Certification
  • Improvement and standardising of minimum site standards
