Health & Safety Administrator

Job description:

  • Assisting the Quality and Health and Safety manager
  • Chasing Sub-contractors for up to date insurances & updating / saving onto Harry (in house system)
  • Booking internal / external meetings
  • Updating Construction Maris documents
  • Collates O&Ms for H&S file for projects
  • Prepare site set-up safety files
  • Archive all site documents once the projects have closed
  • Assists with purchasing manager when required
  • Sub-contractor Evaluations
  • To comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety

Reports to:
Project Director

Salary:
Dependant on experience
