Job description:

Assisting the Project Director
Preparing all Client presentations
Organising all project communications
Booking internal / external meetings
Updating Construction Maris documents
Collates O&Ms for H&S file for projects
Prepare site set-up safety files
Archive all site documents once the projects have closed
Sub-contractor Evaluations
To comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety

Reports to:
Project Director

Dependant on experience
