Job description:
- Assisting the Project Director
- Preparing all Client presentations
- Organising all project communications
- Booking internal / external meetings
- Updating Construction Maris documents
- Collates O&Ms for H&S file for projects
- Prepare site set-up safety files
- Archive all site documents once the projects have closed
- Sub-contractor Evaluations
- To comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety
