Project Overview:

Serviced office spaces have created a very similar identity and although the market is flooded with various brands, they all seem to look the same. Our Client, who are a small family run operator, wanted to create a more elevated and private experience. Their business model is highly cellular, although flexible in room size, which maximises occupier space. We consciously used better quality materials in the shared “touch point” areas such as reception, corridor and tea points, which all provide a luxurious experience for the occupiers.
