20 Fenchurch Street
Designed in 2004 by world-renowned Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly
20 Fenchurch Street is a 38-storey 687,000 sq ft office building with SkyGarden on top in the City of London EC3. The building designed by Rafael Vinoly is also known as the ‘Walkie-Talkie’. The 525 ft, 38-storey, 690,000 sq ft building provides world class office space, with each floor offering 360° of unrivalled views. The floor plates range from 14,000 – 28,000 sq ft, providing both flexible high specification accommodation with the larger floor plates on the higher floors. The building got the nickname because of its shape, flaring outwards from a narrow base.
The tower is crowned by a three-level Sky Garden with 360-degree views of London – featuring landscaped gardens, an open-air terrace, bar and two restaurants – providing a unique space for exclusive tenant events.
20 Fenchurch Street occupies a prominent site in the heart of the City of London, set away from the tower cluster and overlooking the River Thames. The building is set amongst key transport hubs, offering easy access to the Elizabeth Line upon its completion.
