ServiceNow Appoints Maris Interiors for Multiple Projects

Reason for Appointing Maris Interiors

Maris Interiors were appointed following a competitive pitch process, four companies were provided with an outline brief summarising ServiceNow’s requirements. Maris Interiors were appointed due to the quality of our design, our competence within the team and our open approach towards arriving at the project budget. From appointment we had 2 months of detailed design and employee engagement, allowing our team to agree a guaranteed maximum price which was achieved during construction.

Scope of Services Provided

This project was procured through a Design & Build process. All mechanical and electrical designs were undertaken by Maris Interiors in consultation with an external Project Manager. We managed all aspects of Building Control and associated approvals along with Landlord liaison. Furniture was specified and coordinated within our design, although this was a separate procurement.



Innovative Construction Approach

Given the fast track nature of the programme and Client involvement during Construction, it was paramount we were able to assemble a team who not only had the experience to deliver a fast track programme but also the “chemistry” required to liaise with ServiceNow on a daily basis. We had daily walkarounds with our Client to monitor progress and quality with a more formal weekly project meeting. Given there were multiple stakeholders based in different countries we had to issue minutes and “information required” in a timely fashion and often conduct video conference calls out of hours to manage the time differences. We allocated a full time Construction Director, Construction Manager and Health & Safety experts to ensure the seamless and safe delivery of this project.

Maris is starting our 3rd project with ServiceNow, with two further projects planned.
