Working within the Grosvenor Estate, we delivered both the CAT A and CAT B fit-out for Pemberton Capital. The design leant on the building’s art deco heritage and we continued the visual language from the communal ground floor reception into the Client’s space. We were able to maximise the value of the capital contribution offered by the Landlord, by co-ordinating the installation of the building services to the Client’s proposed layout. The project was financed using a specialist leasing business allowing this new company to spread their risk and take advantages of the tax allowances available for office refurbishments.
